The OCPNP Complaint Management Information System (CMIS) Project Team conducted a one-day user’s training on February 13, 2012 at OCPNP Complaint Unit/SMS Center, Kiangan Hall as requested by PSSUPT SOTERO DG RAMOS, Chief, OCPNP SMS Center. Eighteen (18) personnel of the OCPNP Complaint Unit attended the said lecture and hands-on training of the new and improved Complaint Management Information System (CMIS). 

 CMIS is a system that monitors complaint/referral through SMS developed  by personnel from Systems Management Division to wit: NUP Meridian Cruz (Team Leader), NUP Chloe Ann Infante (Systems Analyst and Programmer), NUP Marvin Mallillin (Programmer) and NUP Anna Lea Ridulme (Information System Researcher).

The ITMS key officers namely PCINSP MARIBEL M DAMASO, PCINSP VICTORIO M DELA PEÑA JR, PSINSP EMERSON O SALES, PINSP JOSE PEPITO Q YU, NUP Sarah P Palisoc and NUP Victoria F Cruz headed by PSUPT RUBEN B BORRES and the representatives from the Directorate for Information and Communications Technology Management (DICTM) namely PCINSP ROMEO L JOAQUIN and PCINSP JOEL M USMAN and the representatives from the Communications and Electronics Service (CES) namely PSUPT RODOLFO SIOSON and PSINSP KRISTEL NOBLEZA visited the PLDT Innolab Center last March 22, 2011. The products and features of the PLDT Innolab such as PLDT IP VPN (Internet Protocol-Virtual Private Network), training facilities and cloud computing capabilities were presented during the visit.
